A binding agreement for actual roofing or exterior work is formed only through a separate, signed work agreement or contract between you and Summit Construction & Exteriors LLC, not through use of this Site.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUMMIT CONSTRUCTION & EXTERIORS LLC AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100). You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Summit Construction & Exteriors LLC and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in East Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

14. Severability & Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of that right or provision.
